The Yealink USB/QD Trainer Cable is an essential tool designed for call center supervisors and agents, enabling seamless collaboration during training and live calls. This Y-shaped cable connects two Yealink Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets simultaneously to a single PC, allowing the supervisor to either actively participate or stay muted to monitor conversations efficiently. Crafted specifically for the Yealink YHS series headsets, the supervisor’s cable leg is intentionally shorter than the agent’s, ensuring unobtrusive proximity during call handling.

Key benefits include intuitive plug-and-play operation, compatibility as a USB to QD adapter, and suitability for dynamic work environments such as hot desking or training rooms. Built for durability and professional use, the cable supports effective call monitoring and training without compromising comfort or workspace.

Ideal for customer service, contact centers, and office environments, the Yealink USB/QD Trainer Cable streamlines simultaneous headset management for improved training outcomes and operational efficiency.
