The Yealink EXP50 is a versatile color-screen expansion module designed to enhance the productivity of receptionists, administrative staff, and contact centers. Featuring a sharp 4.3-inch 272 x 480-pixel color display with backlighting, the EXP50 supports up to 20 programmable physical keys per page, each equipped with dual-color (red/green) LED status indicators for easy monitoring of contact presence. Three independent illuminated control keys enable quick switching among pages, allowing users to manage numerous contacts efficiently.

This module can be daisy-chained up to three units, providing an impressive total of 180 additional programmable keys with presence LEDs to streamline call handling. Compatible with Yealink T5-series IP phones and Microsoft Teams and Zoom editions (with edition-specific firmware), the EXP50 supports speed dial, call transfer, BLF, call park, and other telephony functions depending on the connected device.

User convenience is further enhanced with a USB 2.0 port for seamless data transfer between the phone and module, and a stand offering two adjustable angles for ergonomic positioning.
