Designed for efficiency and clear communication, the H5W supports two SIP lines and includes six programmable DSS keys for customizable shortcuts. It boasts HD audio quality with wideband codec support such as G.722 and Opus, alongside full-duplex hands-free speakerphone equipped with Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) for crystal-clear conversations.

Featuring hardware video decoding capabilities (H.264 standard, with optional H.265 support) at resolutions up to 1080P, the phone enables video preview functions like door camera monitoring before answering. Key network protocols supported include SIP v1/v2, RTP/RTCP/SRTP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, 802.1x authentication, VPN (L2TP/OpenVPN), and QoS.
