The Alloy POE200SC.20 is a robust Fast Ethernet PoE Media Converter designed to bridge copper and fibre networks seamlessly while powering PoE-enabled devices. Equipped with a 10/100Mbps PoE IEEE 802.3af-compliant RJ-45 port and a SC-terminated singlemode 100Base-FX fibre port, it supports data transmission distances of up to 20 kilometres.
Ideal for powering PoE Powered Devices (PD) such as IP phones and IP cameras, this converter integrates comprehensive PoE features including PD signature sensing, discovery, classification, current limiting, and protections for over and under current faults. It delivers up to 15.4 watts of power over standard UTP or STP cabling.
The POE200SC.20 supports Fast Ethernet copper-to-fibre media conversion with 10/100Mbps auto-negotiation and features Link Fault Passthrough (LFP) using Far-End-Fault (FEF) and Forced modes, ensuring network stability by detecting signal losses and synchronizing link faults for efficient troubleshooting.
